Brandon State School is set in well maintained grounds with large shade trees throughout. The staff and students take pride in our school and its surroundings. We work together to ensure that our facilities are well maintained, bright and welcoming.
The students have chosen the building colours to reflect the history of the sporting houses and to liven up the school environment.
Brandon State School is extremely well resourced in both the number of staff and physical resources. Our school boasts the state of the art computer and information technologies, each classroom is equipped with a computer lab that the students use in their learning. We also have a bank of iPads, 2 interactive screens, 3 short throw projectors, Lego robotics and Bee Bots.
On the grounds we have multiple play zones and equipment for all ages, covered concreted areas and a full tennis court.
Our active P&C run the uniform shop and tuckshop. Uniforms are sold at cost price to assist parents in ensuring that the correct uniform is always worn.
In 2017 we underwent a major redevelopment of our junior double classroom space and library. Each room was completely guttered and replaced with fresh new surfaces, learning spaces, lighting, carpeting and air-conditioning. We love our new modern learning spaces that provide an environment that encourages learning and are planned out for comfort

Our tennis court, school marquee and hall are all available to the public to hire through the school office.
